During his Master studies, Constantin Greger developed a great interest in strategies combining the enhancement employee performance and employee satisfaction. One of the main findings of his master's thesis, which examined the impact of M&A transactions on the company's performance was, that in most M & A transactions, the parties have a vague idea of the performance of their employees.
After working as a project manager in different companies, in 2014 Constantin Greger joind the team of visioin & values corporate consulting gmbh as a HCM consultant, in order to support companies to gain a better understanding of the skills and performance of their employees.
